- The venue is located near old Jakkanpur, Lodipur in Patna.

- There is per plate system in the venue that includes the catering. It also includes basic decoration for lights and seating arrangement.

-Hall rental charge is starting at 1,25,000.

- Outdoor catering is not allowed.

- Clint can not take hall on rent without food.

- Additional decoration is at separate charges. Venue has some decorators in the panel and charges starts from Rs.25,000 (for social gathering events like marriage, reception, etc.)

- Venue also provides 1 complimentary room with attached bathroom.

- This venue charges 20% of advance payment on booking confirmations and the rest amount to be paid a week before the event date.
