- There's per plate system in the venue, which is inclusive of catering and rental charges for the event space.

- Venue allows booking with minimum 20 guests. If the gathering is below 20 guest count then it can be adjusted, however price per plate may vary.

- Venue serves only vegetarian food in Rasam Restaurant.

- For decoration, one has to pay separately. venue provides decoration from their panel vendors and charges are starting from Rs.12,000 and will vary as per your choice of theme and event type.

- Venue also provides DJ from their panel vendors at Rs.8,000 to Rs.10,000.

- Complimentary rooms are provided depending on the guest gathering and requirement.

- This venue charges 50% of advance payment on booking confirmations and the rest amount to be paid by the event date.

- No refund, can be adjusted to any future date as per availability.

- GST charges are applicable.
