- Venue provides decoration at extra cost which starts minimum Rs.70,000 for wedding and Rs.40,000 for reception. Outside vendors are not allowed only panel decorators are allowed.

- DJ service is with extra cost which starts minimum Rs.9,000.

- Advance payment of 25% has to be made at the time of booking and remaining amount 7 days before the event date which is non-refundable but adjustable within 3 months with any occasion.

The elegant and respectable Green Ville has a bright, modern interior with carpeted floors and air conditioning. This spacious marriage venue is designed for 1300 people. It is ideal for conferences, wedding functions and corporate parties.

Banquet Hall Alaska and Banquet Hall Florida have professional lighting, a stage, carpet and individual air conditioning. The party rooms with a bright interior are equipped with a large screen for an eventful gathering. The first room is designed for 300 guests, the second is suitable for 350 people.

The smallest hall of the hotel is designed for business events and chamber wedding receptions, where up to 150 people will be present. This room is in a pleasant lavender color.
