- The venue is located near Mithapur Bus Stand, Bypass More.

- The venue offers a package of Rs.1,81,000 which includes rental charges for the whole venue with standard decoration, crockery, waiters, Etc.

- Catering in the venue is for separate charges. The venue provides catering from their contracted caterers. One can also bring their own choice of caterer from outside.

- During off season, the rental charge for day time event is Rs. 51,000 and for night time is Rs. 61,000. The venue usually allows only one event at a time.

- There is a small mandap hall which is provided by the venue during wedding events and is included in the packages.

- DJ charges starts from Rs. 5000. Outside DJ are not allowed.

- 8 complimentary rooms with a mini hall for 50 people is also provided in the package.
