- There's per plate system in the venue which is inclusive of catering and rental charges for the event space. Venue allows booking with at least 100 guests at an event and provides space as per the guest gathering.

- Venue offers event spaces on a rental package at Rs.1,20,000. It includes basic amenities like, A/C, Chair-table seating, stage and rent for the space. One can bring their own choice of catering from outside as well.

- There's also an additional open space for about 40 people in the venue which can also be arranged for high-tea and some small food counters.

- Decoration is at extra cost in the venue. venue provides decoration from their panel vendors an d charges are starting from Rs.7,000 for small gathering events and Rs.40,000 for big gathering events and varies as per your choice of theme and event type.

- Venue provides DJ as well from their panel vendors and charge are starting from Rs.6,000 to Rs.12,000.

- Venue also provides two complimentary rooms in the package for big gathering events.

- This venue charges 50% of advance payment on booking confirmations and the rest amount to be paid a day before the event date.

- Cancellation and refund can be initiated after some deductions decided by the management, if the venue gets booking for the same date or it can also be adjusted for any available future date.
